Our Policy
1. Should you experience a bad frame fit or suffer from wrap distortion, or poly non adapt, please contact us within 2 weeks of receipt of your product, and we will remake one more time at 'no charge' for equal or lesser value into something more suitable or if all else fails there will be a $30.00 restocking fee. however, with our highly trained and skilled licensed opticians this is a rare event.
2. All our prescription lenses are of the highest quality and have a full one year warranty against scratches or coating defects.
3. We offer the same full "one year warranty" on all our frames for any manufacturing defects that may occur.
4. Our non prescription warranty offers a 100% full refund if returned within two weeks in perfect condition together with the original box return policy.
